For Indian D2C brands

Your four dashboards show four different revenue numbers. One of them is right.

CFOOS reconciles orders, payments, shipments and bank credits against each other — so "revenue", "collected" and "in the bank" stop being the same word for three different numbers. Where a figure can't be measured, CFOOS says so instead of estimating.

The problem

Four dashboards. Four answers. No way to tell which is true.

Shopify says
₹18.4 L

Before refunds, before RTO, before fees.

Razorpay says
₹16.1 L

Minus its cut, minus what hasn't settled.

The courier panel says
₹9.2 L COD

Some delivered weeks ago. Some silent.

The bank says
₹14.6 L

Nobody can explain the gap.

The gap isn't a rounding error. It's usually somebody's margin.

How it works

Connect, reconcile, ask.

01

Connect

Shopify, your gateway, couriers, ad accounts, bank. Read-only. Minutes, not a migration.

02

CFOOS reconciles

Every order matched through payment, settlement and bank credit. Nightly, automatically.

03

You get answers

A dashboard that agrees with itself, a daily brief, and an AI CFO you can ask anything.

Reconciliation engine

The numbers finally agree

CFOOS matches order → payment → settlement → bank credit and tells you exactly where the chain breaks. You billed ₹18.4 L. ₹16.9 L landed. We tell you where the other ₹1.5 L is — per order.

  • Auto-matched, needs-review, unmatched, COD-pending, invoiced, written-off
  • Exceptions queue with a written-off audit trail, and manual match for the calls automation can't make
  • Per-leg breakdown showing which legs can run, which are blocked, and why

COD & RTO

Find the COD that went dark

COD is most of the Indian market and where the money hides. CFOOS follows every parcel from delivery to remittance — and names the ones the courier has gone quiet on.

  • COD delivered and awaiting remittance, separated from COD gone dark
  • RTO rate on a 28-day roll, what it costs, and what's driving it
  • Courier billing checked against parcels actually shipped

Contribution margin

See which layer eats your margin

Not one margin number — four. CM0 after product cost, CM1 after packaging, shipping and RTO, CM2 after gateway, COD and marketplace fees, CM3 after ad spend. Per SKU, per channel, per campaign.

  • Margin didn't fall. RTO on Amazon rose 3.1pp and ate it — that's CM1, not CM0
  • Surfaces products that lose money on every single order
  • Campaign-level view so you can see which ads pay for themselves

AI CFO

Ask your books anything

Plain-English questions answered from your actual data by 23 tools that read the same calculations the dashboard shows. The AI never calculates money — it selects tools, the backend computes.

  • Every figure names the tool that produced it and links to that metric's evidence
  • It narrates its own work live: which lookups ran, how long each took, which failed
  • Suggested questions filtered by what you've actually connected

A number you can't check is a number you can't use.

A dashboard that always has a number is a dashboard that is sometimes lying.

Confidence on every figure

ESTIMATEDPROVISIONALRECONCILEDFINAL

You always know how much weight a number can hold.

Evidence, one click away

The formula, the period, the exact transaction count, what's missing, and which sources fed it — for every figure on every screen.

"Not measurable" is an answer

When inputs are incomplete, CFOOS says so and names what's missing — "Not measurable, 79% of inputs" — instead of filling the gap with a guess.

FAQ

The questions founders actually ask.

How long does setup take?+

Connecting Shopify, a gateway and a courier takes minutes. Historical sync runs in the background; you'll see reconciled numbers the same day.

Do you support COD?+

COD is the reason this product exists. We track it from delivery through remittance, and flag parcels delivered but never remitted.

We sell on Amazon and Flipkart too.+

Both are supported, including settlement reconciliation with fees deducted.

Is this an accounting tool? Do we drop Zoho or Tally?+

No. Keep your books where they are — we connect to Zoho Books. CFOOS is the operating layer between your sales stack and your accountant: reconciliation, margin, cash and answers.

What if a number can't be calculated?+

It says so, and names what's missing. It will not show you an estimate dressed as a fact.

Does the AI make up numbers?+

It can't. The AI never calculates money — it picks which lookup to run, and the backend computes the figure. Every number is verified against the tool's output before you see it, and each one names the tool it came from.

Can my CA get access?+

Yes — a dedicated External CA role with read access and no ability to change anything.

What if we're mid-month and blow past our plan's orders?+

We flag it and ask. We don't stop syncing or hide your numbers.

Do you need write access to my bank?+

No. Bank connections are read-only, through the RBI Account Aggregator framework or statement upload.

Can I try it without connecting anything?+

Yes — the live demo is the full product with a real brand's data. No signup.

See it with real data before you connect anything.

Read-only. Bank access through the RBI Account Aggregator framework. Export your data any time.
